There will be a full refund for any cooling unit purchased from RV Cooling Unit Warehouse, if it fails to preform as we have stated.
RV Cooling Unit Warehouse will NOT be responsible for the return shipping cost if the customer orders the wrong unit. Please email me if you have any question about what model you need before you place an order to prevent ordering the wrong model.
All refunds or rebates will ONLY be issued after the cooling unit coils are returned and received back.

Shipping Information-Cooling units will only be shipped to the Lower 48 states at the shipping special price, orders for the brand new series of cooling units can be shipped to both the lower 48 states and Canada. ...

All cooling units carry a 3 years replacement for any cooling problem and a 5 year replacment for leaks, also will have the option for an extended warranty for 10 years.

All cooling units needing to be shipped outside of the lower 48 states will be charged according to the UPS shipping rates for that area. Example: Canada, AK or PR.
