There will be a full refund for any cooling unit purchased from RV Cooling Unit Warehouse, if it fails to preform as we have stated.
RV Cooling Unit Warehouse will NOT be responsible for the return shipping cost if the customer orders the wrong unit or changes mind. Please email me if you have any question about what model you need before you place an order to prevent ordering the wrong model.
 

If customer orders a cooling unit in error, the shipping will be deducted from rebate.  Any shipping will be based on the true shipping cost and not based on the special ship price advertized.

All refunds or rebates will ONLY be issued after the cooling unit coils are returned and received back to stock.

For Canada Customers, special shipping requirements, any customer needing their cooling unit order shipped to Canada must phone in their orders or process their order through our other web site: www.rvcoolingunit.com.

All cooling units, both brand-new and remanufactured,  carry a 3 years replacement for any cooling problem and a 5 year replacment for leaks, also will have the option for an extended warranty for 10 years.

All returns, other than core returns, for a refund must be in writing and emailed sent prior to any refunds.

Be sure you have confirmed model number off your refrigerator data plate and that a cooling unit is the cause of a none cooling refrigerator.  Do not assume the cooling unit is the probelm and order a replacement cooling unit,  only to find out another part was the problem of none cooling. 

Any shipment to Canada or Alaska do not qualify for the special UPS or Truck Freight shipping or free return shipping for rebate.

Warranty details

All cooling units individualy tested & inspected to insure top performance.  These RV cooling units sold through

 RV Cooling Unit Warehouse

 are sold at warehouse wholesale prices directly to you as a "Do it Yourself project" so any or all labor cost that are incured by having a dealer or any one to install or swap out the remanufactured cooling unit will be the responsibilty of the buyer.  Due to having units returned that were either not installed correctly or the heat source, air flow, thermostat, or shipping damage.  Should your unit be diagnosed as faulty by the seller, your unit will be promplty replaced, but the labor reimbursment will not be sent out till unit has been returned and inspected.

Side by Side Dometics & 4 Door Norcolds are 90 days labor, Parts, and Shipping---After 90 Days, Parts and Shipping only.

Labor amount paid: $30/hr x 4/hr=$120.

Standard size Dometic & Norcold 90 Days Labor, Parts, and Shipping. After 90 Days Parts and shipping Only.

Labor amount paid:$30/hr x 2/hr=$60.
Any labor charges are only processed by the manufacture after the defective cooling unit has been received and confirmed to be defective.

WARNING!!   It has become an increasing problem that some customers when placing their order for the large side by side cooling unit, of either Norcold or Dometic,  are stating the ship to address is a confirmed business address to avoid a termial pickup.  In alot of cases, it is not a business, with increased charges billed back to us.  We are having to start a new policy, about this issue, to keep from passing an increasing freight charges per ship to all, to off set the increased shipping to a resisdential address,  averaging out the price for everyone.  To keep the freight shipping cost as is, as of 10/1/11, if the ship to address given customers states it is a business address,  once the freight company arrives to drop an  it's not a business, but a residential address,  your cooling unit warranty is voided till the added charges by the freight company are paid by the person that placed the order, the added cost could be in the $100 to $175 addtional freight charges above the amount already paid.
This policy above does not pertain to any shipping of coolings that are UPSable.
