The Bracket kit, shown on product search page, is for a cooling unit with unreadable numbers from the bar code sticker located on the cooling unit tank. If the cooling unit style is not known, then the bracket kit would need to be ordered along with the model number of your Refrigertor.  There are two styles of cooling units. Do not guess which cooling unit style you have.  With a none readable bar code sticker on the cooling unit absorption tank,  you must order the no charge bracket kit.  This kit is for both the 6 cu.ft. or the 8 cu.ft refrigerators and the NDR series refrigerators.
Since Dometic made two styles of cooling units an you are not sure which you have, the bracket kit may or may not be needed with the cooling unit order or the one we ship.
The bracket kit is no charge part to you and will only be shipped, no charge, to customer that have purchased from RV Cooling Unit Warehouse, since a lot of aftermarket rebuilders ship out any style of cooling unit to customers. Making it the customers responsibility to modify the cooling unit or mounting of gas valve and burner assembley they shipped to work.  We, RV Cooling Unit Warehouse, will not ship a cooling unless we confirm series style or ship bracket kit with order.

This will adapt either cooling unit to fit correct.  The bracket is only for attaching the gas valve and burner to the cooling unit.  Please note: the bracket may or may not be needed with cooling unit shipped.  If the bracket is ordered, it is not manitory that it be used.  It is only to be used in case the  cooling unit  ordered is different from your original unit.
